17 July 2019, ADELAIDE, AUSTRALIA – The EasyMile EZ10 driverless shuttle has begun passenger service on Tuesday, 16th July 2019, between Playford Alive Township and the Munno Para railway station.

The new shuttle service is free and will run among regular traffic approximately every half hour on weekdays (except public holidays), with passengers collected from designated points. As part of SAGE’s involvement, a booking system has also been developed for passengers to pre-book their rides.

The trial is the second phase of a joint project between the City of Playford, EasyMile, local transport specialist SAGE Automation and the Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure (DPTI).
