Customer Support Engineer

Role & Responsibilities:

As a member of the Support and Maintenance team, your roles will be :
Ensure operational follow-up and monitoring of our vehicles in operations using our Fleet- Management, Supervision, Data mining environments, Setup continuous fleet monitoring and reporting in relation with our software teams, to address operational (deployment, support, maintenance) and customer needs (dashboards, KPIs automated reports,..)
Interact with operational teams and management to provide statistics, report and track issues, relay customer feedbacks,…
Help ensure that EasyMile processes, methods and best practices are followed by our teams and by our customers and partners, in order to ensure the highest level of safety,
Help setup and maintain operational follow-up environments (Control Centers) across our business units,our customers’,or partners’ premises,
Contribute to processes and best practices continuous improvement and update of appropriate documentation

Requirements:

Bachelor of Engineering/Master’s degree,
Previous experience in the customer support /after sales field would be appreciated,
Previous experience in the data mining or big data field would be appreciated,
Knowledge of a scripting language (Python) or Database request language (ElasticSearch / Kibana) would be appreciated,
Good written and verbal communication skills, and reporting ability, Team player, positive attitude, concise and reporting prone
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
A commitment to knowledge, thoroughness, and customer satisfaction Perfect fluency in written and oral English
