Technology

Engineered for heavy-duty applications

EasyMile's globally-approved software powers vehicle solutions for airports, logistic and industrial sites around the world.

Industrial standards, approved worldwide

Our system is entirely exclusive and developed in-house, giving us full control over performance, safety, and integration across diverse vehicle platforms. At the core is our CE-marked safety chain, engineered to meet the strictest industrial standards and approved by regulators worldwide.

The result: a robust, field-proven autonomy stack that operators can trust for everyday use at airports, logistics hubs, and industrial sites.

Industrial Compliance, All-Weather Capability

EasyMile’s technology is built for continuous, dependable operation in the most demanding industrial and airport environments, in harsh weather. Every component is engineered to ensure predictable, certified, and safe behaviour.

  • CE-marking, approved by global regulators
  • Safety-chain adherence to ISO 26262 (Functional Safety for Road Vehicles)
  • ISO 12100 and 13849-1 (Safety of Machinery and Risk Reduction)
  • ISO 3691-4 (Driverless Industrial Trucks Safety Requirements)
  • ISO 21448 (SOTIF) for Safety of the Intended Functionality
  • Reliable performance in rain, fog and snow, mixed-traffic, indoor and outdoor environments

Safe, High-Performance Autonomy

Our fully in-house autonomous-driving stack gives us unmatched control over performance, integration, and innovation. The result is a flexible platform that adapts seamlessly to diverse vehicle types and logistics needs.

  • Exclusive autonomy stack developed in-house
  • Centimetre-level positioning and 360° perception
  • Platform-agnostic architecture for easy integration
  • Redundant safety systems designed for heavy-duty operations
  • Thousands of hours of operational data from deployments worldwide

How it works

Vehicles powered by our software understand their environment and make safe, reliable decisions through a combination of precise localization, advanced perception, and intelligent path planning.

The vehicle constantly determines its exact position—down to the centimetre—using advanced mapping, sensor fusion, odometry, and GNSS when available. It knows exactly where it is and where it needs to go.

A suite of cameras, LiDARs, and radar sensors gives the vehicle a 360° view of its surroundings. It detects people, objects, and obstacles in real time, even in complex mixed-traffic environments.

The autonomy stack evaluates the situation and determines the safest, most efficient trajectory. Its decisions are governed by certified safety logic, ensuring reliable behaviour at all times.

Our proprietary safety chain—hardware and software—guarantees controlled, predictable responses in all circumstances. It includes redundant braking paths, certified safety PLCs, and continuous self-diagnostics to meet industrial and regulatory requirements worldwide.

Because our technology is platform-agnostic, it can be implemented on tow tractors, cargo vehicles, industrial platforms, and more. Installation is fast, requires minimal infrastructure, and integrates naturally with existing logistics processes.
